A Creative and Passionate Chef, who graduated with high honors from a accredited culinary school. Currently, as a Certified Personal Chef, She is married and has a one child, in which she fondly calls him "Sous Chef Peanut". Her son and her, co-wrote a Children's cookbook entitled "Me and My Veevee". This beautiful and heartwarming  children's cookbook shows how Chef Vee used cooking as a way to bond with her son, she adopted many years ago. Not only did this Chef write a book with her son, but she wrote a Bio-Cookbook about her journey through life and how food memories were a major role, the book is entitled, We Were Watching, Last Generation of Cooks in the "African American" Family. Staying busy is a big part of her life, besides being a published author she  started her own cooking show, "Just a Little Taste of Flavor with Chef Vee". on IGTV, instagram.
